The Hydraulic Actuator that operates the Wheel Door I designed and fitted to improve the aerodynamics and look more authentic.

All Hydraulic Actuators have been replaced with 500psi rated SMC units.

The Hydraulic System consists of the Titan supplied Oilgear Powerpack ( top left) and the Control Valve assy which controls the raising and lowering of the landing gear and wheel doors.

Hydraulic actuators raise and lower the two main wheels, tail wheel and main wheel doors. An emergency valve in the cockpit allows the gear to be lowered should the powerpack fail.
